Principal® acquired the Institutional Retirement and Trust business in July 2019 to enhance its retirement and income capabilities, achieve greater scale and balance, and drive business growth.

The Asure integration allows you to simplify retirement plan administration with a seamless connection to securely share data files between Asure and Principal IRT. Asure's 360° 401(k) integration (available by end-Q3) connects with Principal IRT service, a two-way sharing of plan information that allows for automatic contribution processing, where employees can change contributions within Principal IRT, and the data seamlessly flows into the Asure Payroll system.
